Nate Pelletier
Nate is an independent sponsor and consultant specializing in healthcare services. His journey began in 2005 as a Combat Army Infantry Officer in Iraq, where he developed the leadership and resilience that would shape his career. After his service, he transitioned to Procter & Gamble, working in supply chain and brand management.
Nate’s path took a pivotal turn when he witnessed the heroin epidemic in Ohio. Driven to make a difference, he left the corporate world to lead a local nonprofit as Executive Director, marking the beginning of his deep commitment to healthcare. Over the past decade, he has led growth and operations for multiple Behavioral Health companies, partnering with private equity and venture firms as an operator to accelerate growth and expand access to care.
Outside of work, Nate is an avid alpine climber, speaker, a mentor to underserved youth, and someone who values time with family and friends. He holds a BS in Engineering from West Point, an MBA from Northwestern University, and an MS in Business Analytics from NYU.
